Our Talking Therapies service is specially designed for young people aged 14-25 who are struggling with stress, anxiety, low mood or depression. If this sounds like you and you'd like some support to manage your thoughts and emotions, we're here to help.
We offer a range of therapies, some of which are culturally specific, while others encourage you to express yourself creatively. We also provide more traditional sessions, if you feel that's better for you.
Appointments are available at a number of locations across the city, so we'll be able to see you somewhere convenient for you.
Our waiting list for this service is up to just three weeks, so you can rest assured you’ll be seen quickly and get the support you need, when you need it. We also know that most of the young people who access our psychological therapies make great strides towards recovery, so you can be confident that getting in touch with us will make a difference.
