At Pause we often meet young people who are struggling with anxiety. Nerves around exams, public speaking or special events are normal but when anxiety starts to creep into your everyday life, it can have a really negative effect.
If you've found yourself struggling with anxiety, then our workshop is ideal for you.
We provide an introduction to anxiety and work with you to try out some basic coping strategies.
The group size is limited to eight people and sessions run fortnightly, so feel free to pop along.
