This group is great for children who want to learn some skills for relaxation, creative breathing techniques, and new ways to feel calmer.

Mindful Moments is targetted for 6-11 year olds to join. Due to Covid this group will run online using the Zoom application and will be a session for Children and Parent to practise mindfulness skills together, at home with guidance from staff.

Pause Mindful Moments workshops will be running on: Tuesdays 4.30 - 5.30PM
